Recommended Dog Food Links

Official List of Recommended Informative Links

Global Paw staff and members have compiled a list of websites and on-line databases pertaining to dog food and nutrition. Since your dog's overall health and wellbeing is dependant on the quality of food you provide, we hope this information will help you make educated decisions about your dog's food. This list is not intended to replace responsible veterinary care or advice, but it is intended to spark discussion and thought regarding your dog's food. Please check with your vet first before changing your dog's diet.

Want to add to the list, just reply with a recommended link. If we approve, we will add it to the list. Thanks!

Check this out to see what you're feeding your pooches! Our vet referred us to this website:

Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble

We feed ours Innova Evo and have had fabulous results all around. Yes it is a little expensive, but nothing compared to feeding raw. I've found the Evo to be a little more budget friendly than raw would be. I'd probably feed raw if I could afford giving each of my three dogs a whole chicken every day or even a whole brisket, so to speak. . .

Thumbs up raw food

I have 4 dogs 2 mix breeds and 2 yellow labs that are going for their american championships. They are now international champions. I have used every dog food imagineable to man. Evo,solid gold, canadice etc. Like I said in a previous post my older dog that is 13 had allergies and fatty tumors. Started feeding raw dog food no more allergies and the tumors are just about gone. My male lab was a very finiky eater. He ate when he wanted to no with this raw food it is gone in 30 sec. I am not syaing Evo and all the other natural foods are bad but there is nothing like raw. They are happier, more alert, demeanor and coat are incredible. My 13 yr old who was a couch potato now chases after the labs.
From my experience raw food is the best for your pet. I researched alot and it is true.
I recommended a site called Petsrawedge.com very informative. lots of references and articles about raw. I also buy food from them. Go to the site and read you will learn alot
