More Pet Food Recalls

There are a BUNCH of new dog/cat food-recalls-- salmonella and some issue with rice gluten, apparently. There are also ferret, bird, and rat food!

I just looked, OMG thanks for posting!

There are tons of brands listed and not all are dry foods, some are canned and pouches.

Just wanted to add this from the site Judy recommended above.

Thank you from me, as well. I wouldn't of caught it until it made the news or something. Our brand is on there in canned form (which I never feed), so we're okay. I'm so sick of these problems.

Thanks for posting. I bought two cases of Nutro cans for the cats not long ago, so I'm going to go check them. Maybe that's why my kitties don't seem to care for it much anymore. I've been buying Merrick (which is not on there thank goodness) so I think I'm going to stick with that!

Bleh! I thought all of that was over. The only canned food we feed is Nutro Max Cat and the types listed were none that Rush is getting, thank God. That poor boy probably isn't going to make it to his next birthday as it is.
I'm also glad I don't feed those ferret treats to my Ferts! I've been tempted a couple of times to buy them for Dameon, but now I'm glad I haven't.

Geez, is is ever going to stop? keira eats half a pouch of nutro nat choice on her kibble every day!! Icybluesibes- LOVE the merrick stuff!! Keira adores the merrick chews and the lamb treats!!

I've been feeding raw and some home cooking for over a year now. I did start feeding premade raw and hope Nature's Variety and Primal stay clear of the lists!
