Fibre for my dog.

My dog has problems with her anal sacs not emptying. I read somewhere that increasing fibre in their diet may help to squeeze them out naturally, but where do I start, or what kind of food do I look for? Even if there is a remote chance that it may help, I would like to try. Is there such a thing as specific doggie food with fibre?

I believe that last one I bought is called ONE. I dumped the bag into a lidded pail, so don't have it on me. The food she was eating most of the time was Dog Chow diet food. She's slightly overweight.
