Pekingese or Lhasa face? Grooming question.

I have a mixed breed puppy. I'm not sure if I should let the hair on his face grow long like a lhasa, or keep it short like the pekingese. This goes for his all over grooming. Could anyone with grooming, peke, or lhasa experience take a look at his pictures, and give some advice. I'm most concerned with his face right now, as his hair his growing so long.

First of all, what an adorable little puppy! He is so cute!

I would clip it.

Actually, I would let it grow out

Well, it depends on how much you clip. If you clip just a little and keep his face like/similar to that, it'll never really look like a Peke face. Then, again, you can just let it stay puffy if you want to keep the puppy look. (I have a Pekingese.)
