Eye Bugers!! YUCK!
I have a yorkie... he gets eye bugers or something... tears maybe? anyway... they're all crusted up under his eyes... the only way it seems to get them out would be to cut them... but he WILL NOT let me cut them... so... is there anything I can use to soften them and then comb them out? let me know please!!

I use some eye wipes when River gets crusty bits stuck in the corner of his eyes - ususally bits of sand or dirt. They have just enough moisture to soften them up a bit and you can wipe them off at the same time. Otherwise have you tried washing with plain water?

I second Rivsky's method, if you can try a warm wet washcloth and hold it there to soften it, then try to gently wipe off. If it's really eye boogers then it will come off with just warm water. Good luck.

They may be tear stains. If they're eye boogers, they should just wipe away. To prevent them getting all crusty, when he's groomed have his face gently shaved. That way the hair doesn't get long enough for the boogers to get all matted and crusty.
