Struvite bladder stones in Lhasa

Hi - I'm new to this site and found it looking for help & possibly a homemade diet for struvite bladder stones. I have 4 female dogs - 3 lhasas (ages 7, 5 and 2) and a Havanese (1 yr.). My oldest lhasa, Bailey, developed bladder stones 2 yrs. ago and had them removed. She now has them again and will be having surgery. I'd love to find a homemade dog food that is good for her or even a commercial food that helps to prevent them. I'm told that I need a low "grain" food. Any help will be appreciated.

Hellow and welcome to GP. You have such a nice fur-family and I hope you can post some pictures and tell us all about them soon.

Well to try and help just a tiny bit with your question. I found this site: http://b-naturals.com/Dec2002.php

Also the book I go by is Dr. Pitcairn's Natural Health for Dogs & Cats.
