Hi Pebeahsy...welcome to Global Paw.
Do you have any emergancy vets there or the emergancy number for you local vet? Perhaps if you looked up the vet in the phone book they'd have a number for you to call.
I really think if he's acting out of character that you should take him to a vet immediately. Small pups like Yorkies and Chihuahuas can go down hill fast.

Cass.

Little ones dehydrate so quickly if they are not drinking much, and it does sound like your baby is sick for some reason and needs to be seen by a Vet. asap. Also you should have a tube of Nutri-Cal on hand for this very reason. It's the consistancy of toothpaste, but it's brown and beef flavored and full of all the vitamins and things that they need if they are not eating properly. What are you feeding your puppy? He's too young to be taken from his mom and litter mates. He should have stayed with them till he's at least 12 weeks old. You may have to give him baby food meat to start him out with.
