My Daisy had her anal sacs expressed before and everything was fine for two years..Today, I smelled the most horrible lingering smell in our livingroom where she was sitting. Can anyone tell me if this is how it smells when anal sacs let go on their own, or if this is how she is going to continue to smell until I take her in to the vet to get her expressed. Help! |

she needs them to be expressed....smell will linger until then. No biggie, 2 mins and done.
Either that or have the vet teach you how to do it. Mine did, mind you I hope I never have to do it....Yuck |

yes, it smells horrible! The glands need to be expelled again. It's easy to do, but you need to let a groomer or Vet. teach you.
