Urine Problem

[size="3"] Hi Everyone!

SHORT VERSION:
I've had somewhat of an on again, off again, urinary problem with one
(out of 3) of My Dogs, Juneau. His urine is very grimy & concentrated...
Otherwise, Elimination is normal & uneventful.

Has anyone seen this before? Or have any ideas of what this could be?

I'm posting a picture of each of my Dogs for comparison.
