A bit of flakeiness....

I've been noticing Sophie's fur has a bit of flakes/dandruff (very very mild). She just went to the vet's last Thursday and my vet raved how beautiful both her skin and fur was, so I know it's not an issue but it bothers me nonetheless! She is not itchy and scratching a lot, but I just don't understand why she has flakes. Overall, her coat is glossy and soft, with no odor whatsoever.
She was on Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul and I am switching her over to Premium Edge Skin and Coat formula and have been giving her some Omega pills and I think I'll go out and buy some nutritional yeast as well. I home cook for her periodically with raw eggs or small amounts of raw chicken or turkey (she gets sick if I give her a lot), oatmeal, yogurt, bone meal and sea kelp in addition to the kibble and supplements.
Any other suggestions? She is starting her spring shedding (thank goodness she takes after the Boxer side in terms of shedding rather than the GSD so it's pretty minimal shedding!) so might that have to do with it? This started before the switch to Premium Edge so it is not diet-change related at all.
Thanks!

Has she had a bath recentally? What kind of shampoo do you use? Blackie and Rose are both fed Chicken Soup and the only time they start flaking is when they are due for a bath. I take them in to work with me and bathe them there so I can get them cleaned throughly.

It has been a while since her last bath. I usually don't give her baths in the winter because the air is so dry, and hasn't seemed to really need one. I should give her a bath and see if that helps. It has seemed better in the past few days, though, so maybe the Omega supplement is helping...
