Large soar on Kelso's shoulder

Well, Mr. Stinky has some sort of sore on his back. I have no idea where, when or how it got there. I noticed yesterday he was walking funny. He kept rubbing against the wall or couch and would just sit down real fast. I thought he might be itchy so I was scratching him when I felt something scabby in his fur. I pulled his fur back only to discover that he has a huge soar (2 inches wide and 1 inch up and down.

I THINK it might be ring worm, because it has a red ring around the outside. But, it may not be. The vet is going to look at it tomorrow to figure out what it is. He may be getting antibiotics. For now she told us just to use some hydrocortisone cream to help relieve the itchiness.

He is super grouchy towards the other dogs, which actually makes sense as to why he has been like that lately. He just wasn't willing to play much and now he is super uncomfortable today. Poor boy..

I'll keep you posted.
