Exclamation Accidents!

I have a Min Pin his name is Jack, and he's about 1 year and half. Jack is (was) fully potty trained, doing his business on the potty pads that we have set out for him, and this past week i have found accidents around the house. He's peeing, and doing number 2, I don't get it. He always has access to his pads, and he even still goes on his pads. I change them one a day, and I have no idea whats going on...Has anyone else expierenced this?
Let me know!
Jill

Yes, I know. But because we live in an apartment he must be pad trained, because we are not home every sec to let him out. And he is confined to a room, because he still thrashes

Is the room that Jack is kept in when you're away from home a very big room (for his small size)? How long are you away for? Maybe it'd be a good idea to confine him to a smaller area, such as a pen. If he doesn't have anyone around to train him out of his habbit when it happens, then he's not going to know right from wrong. A pen would limit his area, and if you provide enough room for sleeping quarters, and enough room for peeing/pooing, he will be more likely to use his puppy pad than go on his bedding.

Thanks! I'll try that. he's small... He's a 17 pounds, and he hangs out in the bedroom, which is pretty big. But I'll try a pen! Thanks
