Wire-Haired Fox Terrier biting?

My dog is 11 years old this sept. She has ear problems and by that i mean infections. I've treated it and it went away, a week later it is back. Is there any treatment that actually works?
My next question is why is she biting her paw untill it bleeds? She bites inbetween her paw toes. There is no tick though. I havent even found a flea! She does have allergy problems but i didnt think it was that bad. Could it be becuase of allergies or what? Help!!!! Oh yeah and also she has a bump below her neck, like in the mid secton between her neck and begining of her legs. It hasnt gotten bigger and no other bumps are formulation around that area. Also she has a bump on her head. I think it might be an ingrown hair though. HHHHEEELLLPPP!

I'd take her to the vet and ask about the ear infections, the allergy and her biting her foot until she bleeds. While your at the vets, ask them about the lumps. I think that's the only thing you can do.

Cass.

Then ring them for advice, that's free.

Honestly though, I really think this is something that I would go to the vet over. I doubt you'll be able to fix things on your own. Especially since we're talking infections here. You could try talking to a shelter or human society, they sometimes help people out with vet bills. Also, speak to the vet and see if you can arrange a payment plan. A lot of vets do that.

Cass.

Dont forget to always ask about the options of payment plans, or local petstores/shelter/rescues that may run lower cost vet clinics that can get you started when cost is a concern..
Ignoring it can make it much worse and therefore much more expensive

Are these medications? antibiotics? are you getting them from a vet?
Sorry to be so inquisitive, but its hard to ascertain anything about your situation w/o kowing what it is your doing..
If you are getting medical treatment for the ear infections, what does the vet say about them coming back...?
and i dont know about dogs, but people are on antibiotics for more than a week w/ an infection......is this same for dogs? I dont see how an infection can be "cured" and come back in a weeks time.....if its coming back then its not being 'cured' or its become resisitent to the meds.....

she sounds like the picture of an allergy dog. she really needs to see a vet. check out carecredit and try to find a vet who takes it.
