Making a picture update of Max's before & after leg

As I said, my Dobe Max is getting surgery on September 7th. We got him from the Humane Society 1 day before he was going to be put to sleep. His 1st owner put him there & then the 2nd owner who bought him from there, brought him back!!! The 1st owner also ran over his leg when he was a puppy & never got it fixed.

Max is an awsome dog & we're getting his leg fixed. It's the least we can do for him when he has done so much for us.

Here is the 1st picture of how his leg is now. His left leg is bent & much different then his right.

He gets around pretty good with it, but he does gouge up the pads on it when he goes for a walk. We also have to give him asprin & glucosemine twice a day. At least the asprin can stop once it's fixed.

Kudos to you for adopting your boy and how wonderful that he is finally getting his leg fixed! Thanks so much for being so kind and giving your boy a second chance at life! Good luck with the surgery and we'll be keeping our fingers and paws crossed here that all goes well!

He's a beautiful boy, and I hope the surgery goes well for you and Max. I'm sure he'll certainly love having a straight leg once again. Thank you for adopting him and giving him a great home.
