find a 24 hour vet or call into their emergency line and have them paged, if they dont have it, call every shelter you can find and FIND SOMEONE

there are a MULTITUDE of serious things that can happen to her insides!

PLEASE GOD DONT WAIT, GET HER IN NOW!!!!!!!!!!

take her to an emergency vets if necessary. tomorrow may be too late -t he nail could perforate her intestines and she could get a systemic infection and potentially even die. your best bet to find out what is going on, is to take her to the vet. if its not down too far, they can retrieve it without surgery.
