floridated water

I heard that fluoridated water is really good for the dogs teeth, so I started mine on it. My Chi., (who the Vet. doesn't want to put her under to clean her teeth), has breath so bad it could bring down a bull elephant. I wasn't thinking of bad breath when I started a week ago useing it, but her breath now is already 50 % better. Anyone else use this water?

If I'm not mistaken most all city water has floride in it.
