I use frontline on my dogs, but they are altered so I really don't have to worry about disrupting their reporoductive cycles.

Even if dogs are altered there are still androgens (sex hormones) that mediate certain functions in the body. So while it may not effect reproduction it is likely to effect other mechanisms in the body.
