recipe for treats--for a yorkie with a bladder stone problem

I need help--my 7 year old yorkie had bladder surgery this week for
calcium oxolate stones. He has always been a dog treat lover. He
is now supposed to eat only Waltham SO canned dog food. I have
spent hours on the internet searching for a recipe for a baked dog
treat that he could eat without causing new stones to form. I would
appreciate a recipe if anyone knows of one. He will soon be feeling
well enough to start driving us crazy for treats! Thanks.

Poor Yorkie guy. Yorkie Cozy is also recuperating from surgery. I'm curious, too. What is in Waltham SO food that prevents or inhibits the formation of bladder stones?

Royal Canin Waltham SO is a dog food made to help eliminate
stones. I checked the internet today and it is a French made
product. They do not however make a treat for the urinary
problem. I am still searching the Web and did find a Bischon site
that lists specific foods that a dog with calcium oxolate stones
can eat. I went out today and bought several of the items
mentioned and am going to try to concoct a mixture. Barkley
is doing very well since the surgery--going for short walks and
attempting to play with two big balls at a time so I don't think
he is hurting too much. He is losing weight but that is a good
thing. Thanks for the Global Paw recipes. I will pick and choose
ingredients from some of those to try to come up with something
he will enjoy!
