Questions about dog treats.

I am a graphic design student and I am creating a brand of dog biscuits and would love it if a couple of people could answer my questions for school. They are questions concerning health etc. If there are any questions you do not want to answer feel free not to. Thank you for any help you can give me.

1) Do you own any pets? And what kind?
2) What is your age?
3) How often do you buy treats for your dog?
4) What brand of treats do you usually buy?
5) How much do you value the content in your dog’s food and treats?
6) Do you read nutritional facts?
7) Do you watch your health?
8) Where do you do your grocery shopping?
9) Are you physically active?
10) Are you a bargain shopper? Or do you splurge?
11) Do you consider your pets do be family members?

Ok I'll bite......

1) Do you own any pets? And what kind? Yes, many dogs and two cats.

2) What is your age? Old enough to know that I don't want to answer this question. lol

3) How often do you buy treats for your dog? I typically don't - I make my own.

4) What brand of treats do you usually buy? IF I buy them I usually buy Canidae Snap Biscuts.

5) How much do you value the content in your dog’s food and treats? HIGH.

6) Do you read nutritional facts? Yes.

7) Do you watch your health? When the mood strikes me.

8) Where do you do your grocery shopping? Depends on whats on sale where.

9) Are you physically active? Again, when the mood strikes me. lol

10) Are you a bargain shopper? Or do you splurge? Depends on the item but I never bargain shop when it comes to anything for my dogs or cats.

11) Do you consider your pets do be family members? Yes. Any way else is not an option in my opinion.

1) One Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, 5 months old.

2) 28

3) Not very often.

4) Old Mother Hubbard Puppy Treats; generic bully sticks; Chew-Lotta "bones".

5) Quite a lot; he's on a premium kibble, and as far as treats, we have to be extremely careful as his tummy is very sensitive. Even most puppy treats won't do.

6) No, I tend to go with brands I know to be careful with ingredients.

7) Yes, from a distance, with a cocktail in my hand.

8) Ralphs, Jon's, or Trader Joe's.

9) Very moderately.

10) Splurge. I like a good bargain, but won't sacrifice the dog's welfare for it.

11) Definitely; Winston is the family dog and he holds a very special place in our hearts.

(You didn't ask, but the treat we would most love would be something irresistible and extremely long-lasting -- something he would always come running for, but that we could leave him with for an hour and not worry that he'd eat the entire thing -- or even half of it. Like most dog owners I know, we steer way clear of rawhide and Greenies.)
