can my dog eat this?

i heard mushrooms are toxic to dogs...is cream of mushroom soup, cause i covered some chicken in it and baked it and gave him some... and if its ok, want to give more

I think only poisonous mushrooms are harmful to dogs. The small amount of mushroom that is in mushroom soup won't hurt. There's an awful lot of sodium in canned soups, though and I don't imagine that's too good for him.
