Unhappy Couple possible problems

I have a German Shepherd Dog and he's been having a few problems around his head area. First off his right has been bothering him and when we try to massage it out he ends up yelping. We massage it gently , we rotate areas of the ear often, but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts on this? Secondly, he has some sort of growth over right eye, almost like wart, but it bothers him. Not to long ago, more like 10 minutes ago, he was scratching at it and it caused him to yelp, my dog is a wimp. Any thoughts on this also?

Any potential site that causes pain when touched should be looked at by a veterinarian.

Call your Vet. and tell him/her the same thing you have told us. In my opinion they should want him in ASAP! Keep us posted.
