Green is usually a sign of infection and he should be seen by your vet. Please let us know how it goes.

Yes, I totally agree with everyone else. It sure sounds like an infection, and if it is then the poor boy must be in a lot of discomfort or pain. Take him to the vet. soon as you can. Let us know how this turns out.
