Frozen Dog Animal Cruelty

This makes me sick. I think they should do this to the owner ( make him stay outside in the freezing cold ). Click on VIDEO: Humane Society Investigates to watch the news cast.

I saw this on the news. Horrible to think that people could be so cruel.
I agreew tih you...make the punishment fit the crime. We had a judge do that a few weeks ago. A woman was found guilty of dumping 37 cats and kittens in the woods. The judge sentenced her to a night in a state park with no food, water or shelter. She tried to blame it on the local humane society.

And with the weather getting colder things are only to get worse.

There are a few things I'd love to see happen to the owner. First off he should never be allowed to have another dog, after that I'd like to see how well he can tolerate cold weather tied to a pole.

I hope they punish him to the fullest extint of the law. And then some!! And then increase the punishment for the next guy. Sadly, there is a new idiot born every minute, so we will continue to see this behavior.
