I wonder just how many animals have died all total from this horrible heat that seems to be world wide. Of course, I'm sure there are some old folks who are not doing any better either. We all need to pay attention to the working people with pets, and the elderly. Ask if they need you to check in on them every so often.
We had some hot days even here on the coast too. Not as hot as inland, but to us it was horrible because were not used to it. Today is beautiful and so far only in the low 70's. I don't think it's going to be hot..........at least I hope it wont be.

Yahoo! It's cooler this morning. We're still supposed to reach 100, but at least this morning feels better.
