A family dog killed by arrow.

A family dog was shot and killed by an arrow. The shooter has not been found yet.

Watching the movie on the side of the page is awful. Click on the picture of dog on right side to watch clip of story.

This is very sad. Poor dog

That's terrible - don't know how people can do that to another living creature. Did anyone get the message though that the JRT was allowed to wander when she was out of the house though or did I misinterpret something?

It looks like a secluded wooded place, and probably why the dog was allowed out alone. That is so sad. I hope the monster who did that is caught and put in a phychiatric hospital for a couple of years and then made to work (no pay) in an animal shelter training dogs under strict supervision while spending another two years in the hospital. Personally, I'd have to hold my husband back if someone did that to one of our girls, because he would probably beat him half to death or shoot an arrow in his privates first. My husband is an expert with a bow and arrow.

I would be very upset if someone did that to my dog. Whoever did this is sick.

that is SICK! one thing is to shoot the poor dog but to stuff it into a salt bag so the family could find herT__T

Update on dog shooting. Person admitted to doing it.

However it is actually legal to shoot someone elses dog that is on your property for any reason in New Hampshire.

Kind of sick.
