Marley and me

I saw a post not too long ago that said a movie was being made for the book Marley and Me, so when I went to the library I checked out the book. Has anyone read it? Such a good book, I laughed I cried, and at times I was sure he was talking about Dudley, lol, the "marley mambo".

Yes, I read it. I found it to be a bit over the top to be too funny. I'll watch the movie to see if it's any better.

I haven't read the book yet, always wanted to though. But I do plan on seeing the movie when it comes out. Supposidly Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston are set to star in it.

I thought the book was awesome! Not sure if owen wilson is still doing the movie considering his recent suicide attempt I hope he does the movie though I think he would be good in it.

i loved the book, read it twice actually. Wonder how a movie would be though. I thought part of the fun was seeing some of Marley's antics in my minds eye.

Wow, I never heard about that! I just went and did a search about it though. Nobody's saying anything yet, and waiting for Owen to recover so he can give his own explanations. I'm really wondering why though. He's never struck me as the kind of person to do something like that.

Watched the dog whisperer last night and Cesar had responded to a request by the author and his wife to help them with their new dog Gracie who wouldn't come when called and had eaten 1 or 2 of their pet chickens. Was very interesting. They were delighted with the results of his help and that of a local trainer he brought in to assist them.
