Vick was sentenced to 23 months...
Vick was sentenced to 23 months in federal prison. What do you guys think. Is it enough time or not enough time? I just heard it on my local atlanta news.

I don't think it's long enough, but to be honest, I'm glad he got as long as he did. I was totally expecting him to get off with a slap on the wrist. I think because of the publicity this story got, and the fact he didn't get away with a slap on the wrist will be a good deterrent for anyone else involved in dog fighting.

He should have got more years than that, but 23 months is quite a bit of time in prison.

I think it takes a certain type of person to be able to train and enjoy watching animals kill each other--no one wants them around.

I also heard on the radio that he still hasn't gotten his sentence from Virginia, and that can be up to 10 years. They said at best he could get away with just 5 years. So...there is still hope
