A dog's breakfast on CBC Thurs Jan 24/08

Just wanted to let everyone know there is a special on Thursday January 24, 2008 at 9pm on CBC-TV It's all about pet food and do we really know what we are feeding our pets. They will be talking about all the pets that were affected by the Menu food recall. I'm looking forward to watching this special. It is a Canadian station calgal, but if you can't get it I'd be more than happy to tape it for you and send it if you like.

It's on Channel 15 if you have Time Warner. I don't know whether all their channels are the same

For anyone who missed the show tonight it will be a repeating Saturday Janaury 26 at 10pm ET
It was a great show.

I hope everyone will have a chance to see it. I know it opened my eyes

Now all we need to do is have our governments put higher standards on pet food and how it's labeled.

OH YES!!!! I'd LOVE to have you tape it for me. I think it comes on again tomorrow the 26th.

It was an EXCELLENT show! Very enlightening! A must-see for anyone that feeds commercial dog food.

Hmmm, ok I'm going to try this for you calgal, but not sure if it'll be any good. I didn't catch it myself the other day, and I'm having station trouble tonight. I apologize if I am unable to tape it for you.

Sweetpea, I checked earlier today and it it said this was going to re-air, but on CBC Newsworld. I just turned the channel on, and it was showing the Antiques Roadshow (a guy appraising some fine china), but the sound was some guy talking about guitars.

Looks like the station is airing the picture of one show, the sound from another. Hopefully it gets sorted out before this special comes on. *fingers crossed*
