Yes it is so sad.. Maybe if the punishment was much harsher people wouldn't do this crulty to animals.. But, then again theres always someone that thinks the law doesn't apply to them.

The laws do need to be tougher!
This stuff really makes me mad / sad. Its a little closer to home for comfert too...
