Hey, that's near Dayton (not far from Cincy) Not suprisingly a ghetto area. Some people call it Rotwood

Yep - not the best of areas. I live in an east suburb of Dayton. This was on the news the other day and if I remember correctly it was a dog that was chained up in the neighbor's yard. Likely an intact male that grew up on a chain with little to no socialization and lots of frustration - that's pretty much the recipe for a dog that will bite.
