Cute pics...I'm not sure Topper and Izzy appreciated the Santa hat and collar, but we do.

It was a moose that kind of groaned. He loved it!!! It lasted 48 hours before the groaner came out. He's getting surgical in his squeaker removal, the "groaner was the size of a tennis ball, and he got it out through a quarter size hole.

Smart dog, Topper! I'm normally the one that removes the squeakers because they really drive me crazy!

Thank you all!

Yes, the squeakers used to drive me crazy, but you would be amazed how fast four dogs can remove squeaker, stuffing and all appendages from any "toy". I never got bothered anymore... LOL! More often that not, I cringe at the sound of ripping stitches.

Novel, sweetie, if you don't make that first picture into Christmas card for next year..........can I? Oh man, what beautiful dogs you have. I love how they can nap so close to each other. How precious!

Thank you so much for the compliments!

I had some major modem problems after I put the pictures up, it went out about an hour later, and I haven't been back on since except one trip to the library in desperation, so, it always warms my heart to see such nice things all waiting for me!! Thanks!

But, since I actually put a different computer into working order, I found an old website I had done, from last January. It's got some pictures on it, and oh my.... I can't believe how much the dogs have changed. It even includes some baby pictures of Laney. I thought I'd lost them all when yet another computer took a header...

So, stay tuned for another Novel thread, pics from Way Back!

About the Christmas Card... I wish I had been prepared enough for one this year. What the hubby and I are thinking, is of taking a picture of all the dogs, and also putting in the images of all the fosters over the year, and of course Trooper, our first love that has passed away, and putting that as the pic on the card. At this time it would be Trooper, Topper, Alley, Laney, Dozer, Baby, Izzy, the new puppy, and whomever else passes our threshold, and we mustn't forget Storm and Pebbles, the cats.

People may think we're crazy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. They can have their boring, uneventful, unfurfilled lives!
