Giant Schnauzers

Our new addition....
Ok, so he's not my "breed of choice", but the guy that had him didn't have time for him. And it shows, poor thing is so goofy, and doesn't have many manners. He does know Sit, Down, Stay, and Come, so that is good.
Here is Boscoe! ![]() ![]() ![]() He is 2 years old, and a total goofball! LOL |

What a wonderful addition to your pack. I'm sure with all the attention he's getting now, and when he knows that is his forever home, he will settle down. He may always be a clown though.

Handsome! Are you keeping him until you find him a good forever home or is he staying for good?
I love rotties, such great dogs. The only reason they're not on my "breeds to own someday" list is OMG the shedding ![]() |

Aww he looks like a sweet boy!
Rottweilers have great personalities and I've found they are generally very caring dogs (in a way that they care for their owners a lot), which is great. |

Giant Schnauzers

Thanx everyone....he is slowly starting to settle down...ha
But seriously, he is getting into the routine, and now that Greg and Carlo have hit the road, we can really start to settle in. He is like a giant 8 week old puppy....stealing socks out of the basket, putting his nose/mouth on everything, clutsy, and just an overall goofball. Its been a long time since I had a "puppy" in the house, so I am puppy proofing and really paying attention. But the bonus is he is already housebroke and crate trained. In escence, the hard part is over! LOL This will be his forever home, and he is bonding with me nicely. If he is scared/nervous, or unsure, he will come to me and lean on my legs. He knows all the basic commands, so that makes things easier too. But like any working breed, he wants to test the waters....."will mom make me do it? or can I make her give me that command again?" lol....he is learning. So I guess my list of kids has grown: 3 Giant Schnauzers 1 Rottweiller 1 JRT What a mixed up crew!! ![]() |
