Dog Life Jacket

I'm not sure if anyone else on here has a life jacket for their dog but I was looking for some opinions on whether this one I got for River is too small for him - I know they aren't meant to go all the way down his back but at the same time I'm not sure how far down it's meant to sit

Luckily he's a very obliging model (and don't mind the turtle in his mouth he was in the middle of doing his welcome home parade for me and I think he was just trying to get into the water theme!!!)

I think it looks the right size, but then, ive never had a doggy lifejacket, ive always owned big swimmer dogs. I love the colors though! Blue, black, and white are my favorite "color trio"!

Thanks Mirg - the BF has since come home and checked it out and thinks it looks ok -we needed it as my parents have a pool and last time we all went swimming in it River tried to come after us - lucky I was right there to catch him but I still feel much better that next time he'll have that on as well as me keeping a very close eye on him!

Im glad it fits! River is very hadsome in it, even though hes handsome all the time!

Lol, yeah, now he can swim until he gets tired and then he can just float around the pool.

That would look hilarious if he was just floating with it!

Aw, he definetly doesn't look like a happy camper! LOL "Mooomm, why do you have to keep trying things on me!?" Hehehe

He looks cute in it! Better to be safe than sorry!
