River's First Bush Walk
River and I went for our first ever "bush" walk today - it was really muddy but I think that just made it even more fun for him!! He was really well behaved - every time he ran too far ahead and I asked him to wait he turned around and stopped straight away - towards the end he seemed to have worked out how far ahead he could go and automatically stopped for me.

Then it was home to bed for a very tired pup:

LOL - tell me about it - if there's even one puddle in a park he'll find it and splash around in it!!!

I just wipe him off with a towel then some doggy wipes and brush him out. By the time he dries out you can't even tell he's been muddy anymore - it's great!!

I'm glad you all liked the pics - I was so great finding that place - we'll definitely be going back there at some stage!

Those are such cute photos! In a few photos it looks like River's saying "Come on mum, hurry up!" haha

On walks, every few intervals, Harley always turns back to check we're still behind him. It's really cute!

What a wonderful looking area to walk thru. The pictures of River are just beautiful. Doesn't it make you feel good when you've given them all that exercise and they get worn out.
