New Foster Pup

This is my new foster pup Louie. He is an 11 week old basset hound, lab, pit mix. He is so funny and very well behaved. These pic's where taken today on my pool deck. I had to make weird noises in the first two pic's for him to look at me. I have had him for about 2 weeks now and recently figured out how to use my cell phone to send pic's to my computer e-mail address so this is UTD pic's! I need to post my other foster pup too. I just can't get him to sit stand/sit still long enougg for me to take a pic! I'll keep trying though... enjoy!

omg how cute. That puppy would be a foster failure for me. It's hard to believe that my dog Lucy's mom was that mix (lab x basset hound)

I no Louie is soo adorable and to think he has not had 1... I repeat ONE application on him at all. Here is the other foster pup I have, his name is Razi. He is between 8-10 weeks old. Your guess on breed is as good as mine, the only thing I can guess is beagle mix?... the eye totally throws me off on small breed guesses. Razi's story is, he was dumped in a new housing plantation (who knows for what reason) and a very kind couple took Razi in but didn't want to keep him because they had a 10yr old shitzu and the dogs wouldnt get along.

OMG, Louie is sooooooooooo cute! How could anyone not want that little sucker? He is one goofy looking pupper!

Razi is adorable as well. Hmmmmm....maybe he has some Aussie or something in his background to explain the eye...I really don't know. You could just say he is some sort of hound/terrier mix.

Trainingrixie you hit the nail right on the head! Razi does non stop exploring and he doesn't care if i'm behind him saying NO while he is pulling over plants, shredding paper (to use for his potty) or terrorizing Toby (my adult silky!!!) I'm trying to teach Louie and Razi to sit, but with 4 dogs trying to get 1 treat out of my hand at once, I don't even get close to it! My dogs (Ben&Toby) cry, bark, or jump on the furniture if I keep them inside my house while I have the pups outside. My mom absolutely hates the racket so every time I go out to take care of Louie and Razi, Ben and Toby have to come along also! Its really a pain only if their is food around. So I think for now, i'm going to hold off on any commands until I can get control over the situation! Louie is mischievous as well. His nose is to the ground every second of the day! If he smells something interesting, I no he is in another world and wont listen to me at all. Despite their faults, they both of wonderful personalities, and much love to give. I just wish someone out there could give them both the homes they deserve...

Both puppies are cute, but this puppy (Loui) is the cuttest puppy ever! (after mine of course

How soooo very cute and absolutely adorable1!!!
Love him. Did you ever thought of adopting every single puppy / adult dog you see? Everytime I see one I want it, but I have no choice but to pass

I actually only ever wanted to adopt my first foster dog Fox, but I guess thats normal from what I hear from other first time foster's experience. Ever since Fox was adopted by someone else, its been better. I purposly don't get attached, its hard to explain how. I still love on them for ex: i blow on their tummies, kiss them on the lips, or simply sit and cuddle. I try not to get deeply emotionally attached. There have been acouple dogs/puppies I teared up a bit for when they left, but thats only because I worry for their well being. Now I don't adopt out to people I don't trust, heck I don't even allow people to adopt (the owner of rescue does that stuff hehe) but you no, I just worry for the sake of it
