Ben
I'd like to introduce you to Ben.








Ben and Alley

It's a bit of a long story, but Ben has been with me for a week and I think he is going to fit in well with Al and I. Alley already adores him, I adore him and he can be happy within my lifestyle. I'm looking at different training avenues and that makes me happy, so, I wanted to share my happiness with you all!

Oh, a few details.

Ben is a 23 month old Mastiff male. He is AKC registered and comes from show lines. He's not done growing and he weighs about 175lbs at this time and stands over 30" at the shoulder. His neck measures 25". Crazy! I'm thinking that basic obedience (CD) and tracking (TD) will be our first goals.

Congratulations!!!! I'm so excited for you!!!! Mastiffs are such great dogs! We had a boxer before our mastiff and we were crazy about him too! Ben looks great! If ever you have a question, I'd be happy to help out if I can. May I ask what lines he has? or how you ended up with the big fella?

I was also wondering...the Marine logo...???

Haha! I was looking at the pictures thinking, awww he is really cute. Then i saw the last one and I was in shock! That is one big dog! LOL

He is a big boy! He takes up the whole love seat when he lays on it and he's got a good 50 pounds on me for weight. We make quite the team!

Sentry - Ben is out of Gleason. I do have a few questions for you, but I'll send them to you by PM.

As far as the Marine bulldog. I am not a Marine.. yet... but it isn't for lack of trying. Another long story.

GSD - You should see the natural protection behavior in these Mastiffs. Its truly amazing!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. he is truly a special dog and I am glad to have him in my life.
