I am fostering a dog for GSD Rescue... His name is Tyco although he does not know his name (or any other obedience/commands.)
The rescue got him from Chicago Animal Control. His owners left him there because they 'could not afford to keep him'. He's only 10 months old and skinny as a rail.

OMG, he is aboslutely gorgeous. I love plush GSDs.

Congrats on the foster, and hopefully he finds a forever home soon!
