I could make another OC...
Well OC is currently blowing his coat and that basically means lots of grooming and lots of fur! This is what I got out of JUST his hindquarters and a tiny bit from his shoulder (ran out of time to finish)

Yikes, that's a lot of fur! We always joke we could stuff pillows with all the fur the girls shed, LOL.

I was contemplating saving enough fur to be spun into yarn and knitted into a scarf or gloves or hat or sweater, but with my messy habits saving fur and remembering where the bags that the saved fur were in and making sure they DIDN'T get mistaken for garbage bags proved to be a tricky goal so i gave up LOL

Wow!! That is a whole lotta fur! I suddenly feel very lucky to have had a short-coated dog, lol. He lost a lot of fur, but no where near that much!

Holy cow!!! You could make a sweater, an artic one. I know people do spin yarn from dog hair. Gotta watch those allergies though.

Yup...suddenly, I'm not complaining about the little 1/4 inch long hairs from my Dobe and Chi's. But I remember the fun of grooming from when I had my Lab and GSDs.
