AWWWW, I dearly LOVE Yorkies. Your guys are so darn cute! Are they rescues? What are their names? Tell us all about them. I have only one right now. Her name is Zada and she will be 7 months on the 5th of July. I'm seriously thinking of getting her a sister she can play with. What is your take on having one verses two? I'm afraid she isn't learning how to play with other dogs because we can't find any small ones for her to play with........yet. I'm running a newspaper ad.

i got my 2 from breeders the one with the clips in his hair is brownie hes 3 years and a yorkie the other one is kayko and hes a year old and a silky terrier
having 2 is great i wanna get another dog soon as kayko is 100% trained hes having a hard time with stay but everything else is great brownie was easy to potty train he was trained at 8 weeks to go outside but some yorkies thats there bigest problem i have a friend and her yorkie is 2 and not potty trained yet and if there not socialized with the outside world they can be very agressive i learned that the hard way i cant even walk brownie cause he hates everything outside the house they can also be barky if yous prepared to deal with all that then have fun with a yorkie they are great when there trained right oh also they love to be with you all the time ![]() |

I take Zada EVERYWHERE with me. She is so well socialized to people of all ages and large dogs, but most of the tiny dogs growl or nip if she gets close. I don't want her to dislike small dogs. She has the sweetest little nature and I want to keep it that way. The only time I have ever heard her bark is when she is trying to get my 13 year old blind Chihuahua to play. She was trained on a wee-wee pad when I got her so I just kept that up plus she does go outside.
