Eikon; what breeds you see?

?

His tail is sickle shaped, and his ears stand more upright than that now. He's 3months in that picture. The person I bought him from says he's a labrador/husky. Just curious if you see anything else!

Really? Which parts do you see are similar to a husky's? Lab's?

I was at the vet the other time, and a vet tech was explaining to me why she thought my dog had to be part shepherd also. The big ears. Lol.

Yes, it's the big ears that make me think the shepherd, and also what looks like a little bit of brown around the eyes.

But, there are several labs around here that have the white star, and the part lab would make up for the tail. Husky would make up for his size at such a young age.

But, I'm no expert...lol

He could definately be lab/husky. But who knows? Apart from his parents of course. LOL

The problem with trying to identify breeds within a mix breed dog is that we can really only go on looks and that can be misleading.
They don't necessarily end up looking like one breed or the other, or like a clear and obvious mix of both. They could end up looking like they're a mix of something entirely different to what they are. *shrugs* I'd just trust the person I got the pup from, because you'll never know for sure.

Cass.

Yeah. I definately think it could be lab/husky, but I've also heard some opinions of some German Shepherd or even Border Collie in him too. He was from a farm, which I kind of take to believe is something like a puppy mill or accidental birth, on the owners part, of their animals. Thanks for replying too

Oh yeah, aren't husky's are up, how come they look GSD ?

What a cute little face!

My guess would be shepherd/lab. I'm not familiar enough with huskies to identify them. But those biiiiig ears say GSD to me.
