Update: New pics of Demi and Rhueben

Here are some new pics of Demi and Rhueben..

Yesterday she had her ears cropped... so some are from last night.

Playing in the house...

in the pool....

cooling off....

of course I had to make Demi her own pool....

post op...

She seemed to take the surgery very well. No scratching.. and she was back to running around playing last night.. They do not seem to be bothering her at all.

Aww Demi and Rhueben are so sweet! I love the photo of Demi in her own pool. I must admit, her ears were really cute when they were floppy.

I like the floppy natural ears best. To me, the cropped pointed ears make a dog look mean, and if they are not being shown then I don't understand. I LOVE the picture where Demi is resting her face on Rhueben's nose. How adorable.

cute pictures

Very cute dogs. I just don't think I could have a dogs ears cropped. I think it's so mean to do that to a dog. But that's just me. But if your dog needed to have have cropped ears they would have been born with them. They are beautiful dogs.

aaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!! Puppy!
I dont think it makes her look mean, right now, it makes her look goofy, but when she grows up, she will be handsome! How old is she, how much does she weigh, how is she getting along with your freaking enourmous puppy, how is she doing with missing her littermates and all those other pertinant questions!

She is 9 weeks now.. weighs about 15lbs... She gets along great with Rhueben.. they play really well together..I think that she is ok with the new environment.. she still cries a little at night, but that's about it...

Perfect! Rexie was 16lbs at 9 weeks (so basically same weight) and she is right on track to be a perfectly sized mid range cane corso by age 3 1/2 (corso maturation age). Good choice on not getting an oversized blob of dog Rexie screamed blue murder at night for the first week, we wanted to throttle her, Im glad you dont have that issue! You better be taking lots of pics or Ill swat you. I must have my corsi puppy fix! When does the cute little punkin start puppy class, you'll love taking her to class, its a breed that just wants to please you (if you make it known that you are boss of course!) so it makes training really really really easy!
I dont know if globalpaw has issues with giving out links, but here

A corso forum! you have to stop by and say hi, we all need puppy pics to sustain life!

Yeah... I think she is the perfect size. Let me tell you.. I wish that I didn't have the issue of her screaming at night. In fact I told my wife last week that I wanted to give Demi up for adoption. I think I got an average of 3 hours asleep that first week. But she is doing much better now, and we love her to death..Her puppy preschool starts on August 25th... We took Rhueben to the same place and we are very happy with the results. I have started some basic training with her already

Oh, tell me about it! We now realise why she was such a screamer, its because she becomes extremely attached and does not seperate well! She still screams when we leave her (boarding, at least we dont have to hear it!) She was an very high maintainence, very demanding puppy, it was exhausting! Doggyhood is so much more pleasant than puppyhood! Im still jealous that you have puppy breath though
