For the dobe lovers
Saw this on sorryagain.com and had to post it here. And to think only a few years ago dobes were "vicious" breeds...

I love that pic!!! For those who don't know the story, that female dobe was trapped in a burning house and pregnant with puppies. The fireman who saved her was actually afraid od dobes but shut away his fears in order to save her and after the commotion she came up to him to thank him with a well deserved kiss.

Actually I believe this story is on Snopes.com, and if I remember correctly the fireman did not save her from a burning building. He was exhausted and sat down in the yard which the Dobe happened to occupy and came and licked his face; a photographer was present and happen to capture the image.
