Everyone seems to have pictures by their name everytime they post something. How do I get my doggies picture next to my name?!

Click on 'User CP' (in the top left corner of the page) and then in the menu at the side of the page you'll see 'Edit Avatar'. It'll take you to a page where you can upload a picture to use as an avatar (the picture next to your name).
