Question Rep power and puppy points?

I noticed that my rep power is lower than what it was before and the little green decibles aren't as high as they were and also my number of posts is lower than it was. I'm a 32 and was up to a 37. How are these things going to get resolved?

In the scheme of life the difference between a 37 and a 32 in my humble opinion is sure no biggy. If this were our change to get in
college then maybe if would be. To tell you the truth the difference
between 37 and zero should make no difference.....this is a free forum and any time we get here should be appreciated. Mistakes happen and in trying to correct it lots of info was lost starting with
February til now. Let's give this guy a break!!! BUT OF COURSE YOU HAVE YOUR RIGHT TO YOUR QUESTION. (sorry, I'm in a bad mood)

First of all why would you come onto a new forum with that kind of attitude. Don't take your bad mood out on me. I was simply asking a question as this is the section to just that. It really is no big deal but I think I have a right to ask. Anyways, welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy!

Yup, mine dropped too...but no matter. We'll get past this and all will be normal again in no time.

Minnie...I agree with Shandoggy. There was no need to dump your bad mood on another member here. Although you are of course able to express your opinion, I think that in this case you should have taken a few deep breaths and thought carefully before you decided to reply.
However, what's done is done...I hope what ever had you in a bad mood is resolved now. I know everyone has their moments and you wouldn't have meant any offense by your post.
So WELCOME TO GLOBAL PAW! I hope you'll enjoy the great group we have here.

Cass.

I noticed that, too, Shan. I'm resolving to go around and give props to everyone for their good posts. I do it every so often--go around just looking for posts to give points to. Now is an even better time than usual. Now if I can just find a little more time to DO it!

you mean, I lost something I didn't even know I had? ack! LOL

I had to re-register too...and lost my one karma point. I think someone kindly gave it back to me yesterday

I am a webmaster and the spouse is a network admin. We've learned that nothing "online" or even in a computer is bulletproof and the best thing to do is understand you're gonna lose everything at some time or another, no matter how good the backups are.

We've lost harddrives and other pieces of hardware and all the data was gone. I lost 2 harddrives at once a few months ago and even though I could get most of the stuff off, there was some that is gone forever. That's the price I pay for storing stuff in that format. It happens, it will continue to happen and it will happen again :\

that's life in the fast lane, eh? LOL

That's a good idea! I keep forgetting that the puppy points thingy is there, we don't use it on the other forum I frequent. I'll be sure to give lots of points when I see good posts!

Aghhh... me with my humble points... why did I have to lose them? It makes no difference to you people who have 1000, but to go from 15 to 12 ...

Oh, and minnie: Welcome to the madhouse.
