Postings not showing up.

I think my last response to Jamila's question and my post about a book were both very informative, but they did not make it to the new thread. In fact when I answered Jamila's it was not seen at all. Just wondering why all the new posts can't stay up for one day, then go to last day post and so on? Some I see are on for days.

Do you mean that when you click the 'new posts' link they dont' show up? Or that your posts are not being added to the threads?

That's what I was trying to figure out. I wasn't really sure what you meant. I know that if you have visited the forum before any new posts were made to a specific thread, it does not show up. There have been a few times when the posts show up a second time, even after you have checked them... but I think that just happens for some reason.

Yeah if you've already looked at the thread or were the last one to post it shouldn't show up in the list of 'new posts'. It will show up for other people though.
