how do you post a quote?

some of the replies to people include a particular quote from the original message that they are responding to. how is this done? also, i like to go back to old questions of mine to see if anyones else has responded, is there a way to isolate threads that i have started myself? after a while i kind of forget where they are. i guess that proves i am getting LOTS of use from this site!

do you see the quick reply? well, there are three A's right next to that is a button... select what you want to quote, then click that button, it's will quote what you want.. does that make sense?

I still don't get how to quote unless you type it in yourself! lol Let me try....nope didn't work.....How do you select what you want to quote?

Lets do this a easier way, at the bottom of each post there is a button that say “quote” it’s on the right side. Chick on that... it does it all for you.
