How do I change my profile?

I need to update my profile and change my email address and what not. For the life of me I can't figure out how to do it. Please help! LOL

Upper right... click "user CP" and then in the box that comes up on the left, click "edit profile." Then go through the whole page, scroll down and type in your changes and click "save changes." (at bottom)

ok but when I right click user cp I don't see anything that says edit profile. Do I have to click something else to get to edit profile?
