finding your own posts??

I am just the best pc person I know (rofl)
i also have an horrendous memory so sometimes i would like to be able to jog it by looking at posts I answered or placed but I cant find a button to push that says show all your posts lol..Is there one??

I usually click on Quick Links at the top right, click on "My Profile", and then click on "Find all posts by Pugdawg1" that's under Forum Info on the left side.
