buddy list and journal???

what is the buddy ignore list for?

also i just noticed a joural thing, i clicked on it but it said i trying to use admin. privilages or i was trying to edit someone elses post or admin. wont let me use it. i have not done any of these. so i am curious.

Buddy list is where you add buddies and at the bottom of the sign in page you will see a + sign by there name.
Journal- Something new Quincy is work on. Hes not quite finished with it.
