how do you become a moderator and stuff?*

When they are in need of staff they post telling everyone & you contact Admin & tell him what you would like to be & they put you on the "ballot" & they vote for who gets what job.....
When they vote for Mods they usely choose the people with the most votes....

In the past, we held mini-elections for new staff members. We have a large staff now, so when we need another staff member, the current staff will discuss the best choices and offer that user the position. If you would like to become a member of the staff one day, I recomend you work now to distinguish yourself as an outstanding member of this community...therefore you're an attractive pick for a staff position.
